Anonymous Ordered a card binder online for delivery. Decided to pick it up. Called to have the shipping cancelled and reserved for pick up. Was not going to make it I’m time before the store closed but the person running the store was going to be there after store close anyway so I was told it was not a problem to pick it up. Got a quick refund on the delivery charge. Person was easy to deal with and nice. This is how all customer service should be!
